AMSL Petroleum Company Limited a new subsidiary of Active Marketing Solutions Limited was incorporated on the 16th September 2008 fully into the business of Petroleum Bulk purchase, Marketing & supply.
Active Marketing Solutions Limited was incorporated on the 12th August 2005 and these two companies operate under the same group. AMSL Petroleum Marketing Company has now taken up the full the mandate to run mainly in the Oil & Gas line to further ensure that the group’s vision is accomplished by trading in the new name AMSL Petroleum Marketing Company.
AMSL is managed by a Board of Directors and seasoned professionals, AMSL focuses on Bulk purchase and bulk sale, marketing & supply of Petroleum products. Its operations in Product Retail after partnership with NNPC Retail by managing the NNPC Ibadan Mega Station located at Iwo-Road Ojo Express Way, Ibadan, Oyo State.
AMSL providers are Forte Oil now Adova Plc, Plc Conoil Plc, Honeywell Oil & Gas Limited, Ceecon Energy, Linetrale Oil & Trading Supply Company and Sahara Energy Resources Limited.
AMSL is currently in trading partnership with Ceecon Energy currently provides and supplies AGO Automotive Gasoil to Forte Oil now Adova Plc’s tank farm inn Onne, Portharcourt and its NOJ tank farm in Lagos.

Mr Taiwo Bolodeoku a graduate of Economics from the University of Ibadan is currently the Group Managing Director. He has held this position since inception. He is also the founder and Director of GIFT Paradise & Company Limited a corporate promotions company. Mr Bolodeoku is also Chairman of Cloud Interactive Associates Limited a digital Marketing & Consulting firm Company based in Victoria Island, Lagos. He is also on the board of Multipath Nigeria Limited a Telecoms company registered with NCC.

Mr Olumuyiwa Jolaoso a Director of AMSL is a Chartered Accountant and graduate from the City University in New York, United States, he was formerly the Internal Audit Manager at SARALEE Corporation in Chicago, U.S.A. He currently the C.E.O of OAJ Holdings based in Chicago.

Technical Consulant
Mr Ashiru is the Techincal Consultant of AMSL. He is a seasoned accountant with over 20 year experience. He has 10 years experience with the external auditing department of NNPC/PPMC.
Mr Temitope Adebowale
Operations Consultant
Mr Temitope Adebowale is an operations consultant. He was also with the NNPC/PPMC as assistant systems scheduler in the OIL movement and quality control department of NNPC/PPMC.
